About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Benefits Operations Manager to join our team at Gallagher Bassett. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the benefits function of the business, including superannuation, settlements process, and other related activities.

As a member of our centralised team, you will collaborate with various claims management teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes. You will also provide specialized oversight within different areas of the Compensation and Benefits Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Benefits Function Management: Oversee the benefits function, including superannuation, settlements process, and other related activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with claims management teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes.
  • Specialized Oversight: Provide specialized oversight within different areas of the Compensation and Benefits Team.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Support data analysis and reporting to contribute to streamlining processes and improving overall efficiency.

Your Background

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, compensation, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Education: Relevant degree or certification in a related field.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
