Job Opportunity

We are seeking an expert trainer and assessor with expertise in Advanced Diploma of Program Management to fill this key role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that meet industry standards and regulations
  • Evaluate student competency and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and completion

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of program management principles and be able to apply them in a real-world setting.

They should also have excellent written and communication skills, as well as previous experience in VET training with international students.

Requirements:
  • Advanced Diploma of Program Management or equivalent tertiary qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units
  • Relevant industry experience

A Certificate in Training and Assessment is highly regarded but not essential.
