Job Opportunity: Security Screen Installation

We're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a full-time Security Screen Installer. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing high-quality security screens and doors across residential properties in the local area.

About the Role:

  • Carefully install security screens and doors to the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process, ensuring complete satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work environment at all times, adhering to relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver a seamless customer experience, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install security screens and doors with precision and attention to detail, paying close attention to specifications and requirements.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns, and providing timely updates on project status.
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Security Screen Installer or similar role within the building trades industry, demonstrating a strong track record of success and achievement.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of security screen and door installation best practices, including familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship, with a focus on delivering outstanding results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to liaise with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
