**About the Role**

The Labour Hire Licensing Authority (LHA) is seeking two highly skilled Principal Lawyers to join its Legal Branch. Reporting to the Managing Principal Lawyer, this role is responsible for providing expert legal services and support to the LHA's operational units, covering a broad range of legal matters relating to the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic). Key responsibilities include delivering timely, sound, practical legal advice and guidance on licensing, compliance, and enforcement activities.

To be successful, you will have a strong background in industrial relations law or administrative law, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidates will also demonstrate proven experience in providing high-quality legal advice and guidance.

In return, you will be part of a small team dedicated to improving the labour hire industry. This role offers a flexible work location with options for Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.
