About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Technology Procurement function. As a key member of our Technology Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive technology procurement strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a centralized technology procurement strategy that ensures cost optimization, risk management, and compliance with company policies.
  • Lead the execution of technology sourcing initiatives, including hardware, software, and services, to deliver business value and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct market analysis and commercial risk assessments to inform sourcing decisions and negotiate contracts with vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and technology optimization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and contribute to the development of business cases for technology investments.
  • Lead the Vendor Tech & Cyber risk assessments and develop metrics and reporting to track progress on cost optimization and value realization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology procurement, contract management, and vendor relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical and commercial data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of technology trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
