Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our pathology operational service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-quality, cost-effective specimen collection and processing departments in a clinical laboratory.

About the Role:

  • Lead, supervise, coordinate and train staff
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes
  • Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure effective patient care
  • Establish and maintain relationships with patients, scientific and operational teams

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the pathology department
  2. Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate test results
  3. Coordinate with external vendors to procure necessary supplies and equipment
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports of departmental activities
