We are seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Management Analyst to join our Technology and Transformation division at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. This role plays a critical part in supporting workforce management, supply, and demand across the Enterprise Delivery team.

In this position, you will be responsible for three core areas:

  • Resource Supply vs Demand Management
  • Resource and Vendor Support
  • Continuous Improvement

You will get to:

  • Provide support relating to staff movements into and out of the team by assisting with administrative tasks such as on-boarding and off-boarding, approvals, and equipment setup.
  • Liaise with procurement and recruitment teams to follow up onboarding and engagement of contractors.
  • Maintain a consolidated register of resources supply and demand for Enterprise Delivery.
  • Collaborate with PMO managers monthly to ensure accuracy and updates on supply and demand information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve resource management processes.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in workforce or resource management for complex strategic portfolios, experience in banking and financial services, and strong administrative skills. They should possess influencing skills, passion for continuous improvement, ability to work under tight deadlines, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
