  • Lead and Motivate Your Team: As a Christmas Experience Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences. You will inspire and support your team to create magical moments for all of Santa's visitors.
  • Manage Daily Operations: You will be responsible for managing daily operations, rosters and workflow. This includes welcoming families and keeping the atmosphere joyful and merry, bringing energy and maintaining positivity even on the busiest days, and overseeing POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences
