The Rehabilitation Consultant plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through their journey of recovery after physical or psychological injury, fostering desired outcomes through a holistic approach.

Main Responsibilities- Perform vocational assessments both face-to-face and virtually to support clients' return to work goals.
- Provide non-compensation related psychological and psychosocial support to corporate and government customers.
- Manage complex psychological cases with expertise and compassion.
- Utilize award-winning psychosocial risk tools to achieve successful outcomes.
- Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (Provisional or Full).
- Full registration and membership with relevant professional associations.
- Current National criminal check and Working With Vulnerable People check.
- Australian working rights and full drivers' license.
- Flexibility and autonomy to set own hours and work location.
