Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop digital solutions that meet the functional and non-functional requirements of our clients.
  • Architect solutions across Salesforce, AWS, and digital platforms to support business processes, customer management, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure architecture solutions are aligned with best practices, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Design integration strategies between Salesforce, AWS services, and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop API-led connectivity and data strategies leveraging AWS and Mulesoft.
  • Lead the adoption and optimization of cloud-native architectures using AWS services.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead initiatives for omnichannel customer engagement, including web portals, mobile apps, and self-service platforms.
  • Develop architectural blueprints, frameworks, and guidelines to ensure consistent and standardized solution delivery.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on telecom and/or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience in architecting and deploying solutions using Salesforce and AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms, cloud computing, and integration technologies.
  • Experience in designing scalable, resilient, and secure digital architectures.
  • Familiarity with telecom and energy-specific systems is preferred.
