We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Manager to lead our team at our Elizabeth Street venue.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, staff training and development, and driving sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff performance and providing coaching and feedback
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in all aspects of venue operations

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
