**Senior Process Technician Role**

As a critical member of our operations team, the Senior Process Technician will play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate plant systems and equipment according to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
  2. Monitor process variables and make adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
  3. Perform routine inspections, data logging, and control system surveillance.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment faults.
  5. Assist in shutdown, startup, and emergency response procedures.
  6. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to support reliability and continuous improvement.
  7. Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  8. Ensure accurate shift reports and handovers.

For this position, we are seeking an individual with strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Required Skills:

  • Certificate III in Process Plant Operations (desired)
  • Experience working in a heavy chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing plant (desired)
  • Familiarity with control systems and process instrumentation
  • Strong awareness of process safety and risk management
  • Mechanical aptitude and sound troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a shift-based roster
