About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our community team in Sydney South West. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical and therapeutic interventions to support positive health and wellbeing outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide personalized treatments and achieve optimal rehabilitation and goal achievement for our consumers.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with community-based providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
