About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Trade Counter Associate - Delivery and Customer Service. As part of our delivery driver team, you'll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople, and undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

Your Day-to-Day

A typical day involves:

  • Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
  • Pick packing and stock control activities
  • Helping maintain the branch and warehouse's tidiness and safety
  • Providing excellent customer service and information about products

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service who enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone. You should be able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure the information provided is accurate. Proficiency in using a computer and a willingness to learn new systems are also essential. A clean, valid driver's licence and openness to working various shifts, including weekends, are also required.
