CSSD Technician Role
As a CSSD technician, you will play a critical part in the surgical process by ensuring timely and efficient preparation of sterile products, trays, and equipment for operating theatres.
You will work closely with theatre staff to manage pressing deadlines, maintain high operational standards while providing exceptional customer service.
This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication skills, self-direction, and ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience in clinical sterilization services, ideally within a hospital setting. Relevant certifications such as Certificate III in Sterilizing Services are desirable.
You must also be able to work a flexible roster, possess effective communication skills, and knowledge of safe manual handling practices.

Requirements
All successful applicants must be vaccinated against Covid-19 and provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
