Job Title:

We're seeking an experienced Venue Operations Leader to oversee the day-to-day activities of our multifaceted venue.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing complex venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating strong management teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer engagement through strategic event activations
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROMOTERS AND DJs
  • Develop and implement effective entertainment programming strategies
  • Coordinate performer schedules and optimize operational efficiency
  • Maintain knowledge of hospitality-related legislation and ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of direct late-night entertainment experience
  • Proven track record in event programming and venue management
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop management teams
