Electrical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and develop power distribution, motor control, and PLC control systems for mining projects. This is a 12-month contract with potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design power distribution systems for mining projects.
  • Develop PLC control systems for various applications.
  • Maintain office hours at the Perth office, with occasional onsite work during commissioning phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls Engineering (recognized by Engineers Australia).
  • At least 8 years of experience in mining projects, preferably with site exposure.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems, Variable Speed Drives, and Site or Commissioning experience is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Gold Mining Processes is beneficial.
  • Current Australian working rights – PR or Eligible Visa.
