Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Family Law Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex family law matters, including separations, divorces, child support, property settlements, and asset protection.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Filing management
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with clients, barristers, courts, and other parties
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Preparing briefs for barristers
  • Arranging appointments and conferences
  • Billing
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 12 months of experience in a similar family law assistant role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
  • Proficiency in IT and technical skills
