Key Responsibilities

  1. Preventative Maintenance: Ensure all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained, serviced, and repaired in accordance with schedules.
  2. Diagnostics and Repair: Identify, test, and repair mechanical and electrical failures on vehicle engines and machinery.
  3. Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections and testing to ensure all repairs meet high standards.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives.
  5. Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and clients to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. Qualifications: AQF Certificate III in Automotive or equivalent.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of full-time experience in a similar role.
  3. Skills: Intermediate or above computer skills, good eye for detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment, with a focus on safety and quality.

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package will be offered based on the applicant's experience, including a basic salary of between $95,000 - $105,000 p.a. for 45 hours per week, plus superannuation.
