Job Opportunity:

A successful Regional Business Growth Manager is required to spearhead commercial strategy and activities for hotels. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies that increase revenue and improve operational efficiency
  • Work closely with various teams to identify opportunities and implement initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners and operators
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
