Key Role: Sales and Profit Growth Leader

We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to lead sales and profit growth in our region.

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets by managing a portfolio of large industrial customers, including national customer sites
  • Retaining and growing the gas and welding equipment business within your managed portfolio
  • Winning new and competitor gas and welding equipment business within your Region
  • Leading generation and opportunity pipeline management
  • Singing new and existing customers to supply and service agreements
  • Capturing competitor activities and market trends within your Region
About This Role

You will work with local industry bodies to represent and grow our position within the community and industry, while delivering customer training and product demonstrations.

To succeed in this role, you should have demonstrable business development and leadership skills, with experience in sales and profit growth management. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
