Job Title: Program Finance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Finance Director to join our team. As a key business partner, you will work closely with Program Managers and functional teams to establish and maintain financial plans, perform analyses, and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Directing financial control of large and/or complex programs
  • Establishing and maintaining financial plans and forecasts
  • Performing financial analyses and preparing reports
  • Ensuring contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for financial support and oversight of multiple cost plus and fixed price government programs
  • Collaborate with program team to develop updated quarterly Estimates at Complete
  • Communicate assumptions made when compiling program estimates and speak to key risks and opportunities
  • Interface with Program Management, Accounting, Functional Leads, and customers as primary source of all financial information
  • Monthly updates of financial forecast with focus on orders, sales, profit, and cash
  • EVMS and financial reporting
  • Providing financial analysis for audits and other financial activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
