Our clientele depend on our team to assist them in discovering and selecting products that reflect their uniqueness, team loyalty, and personal flair. Working in our retail locations necessitates that our Retail Sales Team delivers an exceptional Lids experience to every customer, upholds our high standards of product presentation, and possesses in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales
Achieve sales growth by delivering outstanding customer service. Meet or surpass company targets in all individual performance metrics. Engage in store upkeep according to current visual merchandising standards, including effective product display, signage, and cleanliness. Maintain a professional appearance in alignment with the Dress Code Policy.Manage Expenses
Safeguard company assets in accordance with LIDS Retail policies. Assist in managing store inventory, including processing incoming shipments and reorganizing merchandise. Support accurate product counts consistently and promptly. Comply with all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned.Required Skills and Knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Capacity to independently initiate and complete tasks or activities. Proficiency in operating a computer and navigating relevant software applications. Ability to lift items weighing up to 20kg. Capability to climb ladders and work with hands raised. Standing for extended periods is required. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must demonstrate eligibility to work in Australia.
