Requirements

  • Lead and develop a team of up to 10 engineers, fostering a growth mindset and innovative ways of working.

  • Define strategic technology direction for the team, oversee design and delivery, and ensure high-quality, secure software.

  • Mentor engineers, promote open communication, and create an inclusive and trusted team culture.

Essential Qualifications

  • You must be passionate, technically strong, and love leading and developing teams.

  • You have solid experience driving software strategies from solution design to delivery.

  • You are passionate about continuous improvement, change, and transformation in ways of working.

  • You are comfortable with modern delivery practices.

Tech Skills

  • You have expertise in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or Java.

  • You have knowledge in cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.

  • You have experience with DevSecOps tooling including CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
