The Role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Adelaide on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work closely with a Partner and a team of lawyers in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This position offers you the opportunity to manage the leasing requirements for our high-profile clients, providing a significant level of autonomy and responsibility.

About You

Candidates should have:

  • An eye for detail, strong service orientation, and an enthusiastic approach to your work.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to work directly with clients.
  • The ability to manage deadlines and consistently meet client service level requirements.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organization and file management skills.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Proficiency using FileSite or similar document management system is beneficial.
