The Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our team of experienced Advisors as the first point of contact for customers. Reporting to your Service/Assistant Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions, from initial contact to completion of services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer bookings and providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance.
  • Maintaining clear communication between the front desk and workshop staff.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Truck experience preferred, but light vehicle experience considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident).
  • Professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a positive team environment.
  • Valid manual licence (SA).
