About the Role

As a Senior Hydraulic Design Expert, you will oversee hydraulic engineering design across major projects, ensuring technical excellence and innovation. You will drive strategic growth of the hydraulics discipline, contributing to business development and client engagement. Additionally, you will mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and technical panels
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Mechanical or Civil Engineering
  • High-level specialist expertise in hydraulic building services engineering and design documentation
  • 15+ years of industry experience on Australian building services projects
  • Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects across sectors (commercial, defence, transport, education)
  • Strong client relationship management and project management skills
