Job Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team at Avani Broadbeach Residences as part-time cleaners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the allocated timeframe.
  • Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and products provided by us, with full training for effective and safe use.
  • Build strong professional relationships with colleagues, guests, and contractor personnel to support a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is highly regarded.
  • Physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to handle repetitive tasks like bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
  • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests, team members, and contractors.
  • A positive attitude, team spirit, and strong work ethic.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
