About this Role

We are seeking a Respiratory Scientist to contribute to our skilled team in the Respiratory Laboratory at Dubbo Hospital.

This senior role is responsible for conducting comprehensive respiratory investigations, with training and support from Senior Respiratory Scientist or Respiratory Physician.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting a range of respiratory investigations appropriate to patient diagnosis and management
  • Working closely with Senior Respiratory Scientist and Respiratory Physicians for training and support
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on respiratory matters

Job Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field such as science, medicine, or allied health
  • Registration with AHPRA (Medical) or similar registration body
  • Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
