Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Management Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality management accounting services, ensuring effective business partnering, and compliance with Group policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Collaboration and Communication
    • Promote collaboration among all finance support teams within The Star Ent Group, facilitating effective communication and accountability within Accounting Services to achieve company objectives.
  • Supervise and Mentor Team Members
    • Supervise, mentor, and coach your team to deliver excellence and consistency in data management and management accounting.
  • Provide Business Partnering
    • Provide effective business partnering by prioritizing data accuracy, financial expertise, commercial outcomes, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Support Audits and Due Diligence
    • Provide support for internal/external audits and any due diligence work (as required).
  • Implement Initiatives
    • Identify and implement initiatives to achieve alignment, standardization, and excellence in reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong Numeracy and Communication Skills
    • Strong numeracy and communication skills, with a proven track record of meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Over 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role coupled with a CA/CPA qualification.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel with advanced skills, along with experience using large ERP systems such as Oracle and TM1.
  • Performance Metrics
    • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and surpassing set KPIs and targets.

As an experienced Senior Management Accountant, you will have excellent organizational skills, be team-oriented, and able to supervise, mentor, and coach direct reports. Your advanced analytical and solution skills will be key to delivering The Star Ent Group's vision, brand, and values.
