We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team at AMA Group Australia. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet customer demands.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist with loading and unloading trucks, labeling and storing parts, and completing paperwork.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Previous Warehousing Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Licenses and Certifications: Forklift and order picker licenses (or willingness to obtain).
- Technical Skills: Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
