About the RoleThis part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking employment. As an Employment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of job seekers, actively engaging with those who are ready to enter the workforce, and providing them with the tools and confidence to succeed.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of job seekers, identifying their strengths and challenges, and developing tailored support plans to help them achieve their employment goals.
- Collaborate with employers to secure sustainable employment outcomes for our clients, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive results.
- Provide comprehensive guidance and support to job seekers, helping them to overcome barriers and develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workforce.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge and expertise to continuously improve service delivery and outcomes.

- Computer skills and knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications, and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
