We are looking for a team member to join our hospitality cleaning team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to older people.

**Job Description:**

This is an all-rounder role that contributes to the operational needs of our village and supports the wellbeing of our residents. You will engage with residents, their families, and your team to contribute to the high quality care we provide and build positive relationships. Whether you are on a cleaning, catering, kitchen hand shift or helping out in the laundry, you will be expected to provide support and assistance as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment within the village.
  • Assisting with catering, kitchen hand duties, and laundry tasks as required.
  • Engaging with residents, their families, and your team to build positive relationships.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated empathy with older people.
  • Understanding of food safety and safe chemical use.
  • Ability to connect with and support your team.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-level customer service.
