Lead Educator - Primary Age Children

About the Role

This is a leadership position that involves managing a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs for children aged 5-12 years. The role requires developing and facilitating engaging child-centered programs, fostering healthy relationships with children, schools, and parents, and leading a team onsite.

  • Develop and facilitate programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities of children.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators, including roster management and performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in an OSHC setting, strong communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality programs.

Requirements
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and state check for working with children.
  • Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with children in OSHC.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
