Engineering Support Specialist

As an Engineering Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and utilities.

  • Provide administrative support to the Infrastructure and Utilities Directorate, reporting to the Director.
  • Utilise highly developed time management and organisational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications to ensure efficient document preparation and maintenance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A Business (Office Administration) Certificate III or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team environment.
