About the Opportunity

The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with their team across sales, visual merchandising, and inventory management.

They will also have the opportunity to progress into a leadership role in times of absence, demonstrating their skills and abilities.

About You

We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and embodies our company culture of diversity, fun, and family.

This person should enjoy participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping, and travel.

A retail certificate is an advantage but not essential.

They should have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role or two-three years in a retail sales environment.

Computer literacy and strong leadership skills are required.
