About the Role:
Housing Plus is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasehold/Housing Officer to join our team in Orange, NSW. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for building and managing our Leaseholds portfolio, developing strong relationships with the local real estate market, and ensuring targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all tenancies within the Leaseholds portfolio, including sign-ups, inspections, and maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the local real estate market.
- Ensure targets are achieved and key performance indicators are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Leaseholds portfolio.
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate or a related field.
- Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and energetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current drivers license and ability to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check.

Classification and Remuneration:
The Leasehold/Housing Officer is classified as a Level 4.1 under the SCHADS Award, which equates to $85,355 gross per annum. This will increase on an annual basis in line with the pay points in the Award.
