Our comprehensive 2-year Graduate Program is designed for your success, providing tailored mentoring, technical development, dedicated support, and role-specific training. You'll gain highly sought-after skills in one of Australia's premier gold-producing areas, within a safe, challenging, and rewarding environment that encourages professional growth.

We require candidates to possess a tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, practical experience deemed advantageous, excellent communication skills with all levels of operation, a current and valid Manual Driver's Licence, and a National Police Clearance valid within the last 12 months.
