We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our newly established luxury watch boutique in the heart of Melbourne CBD. This exciting opportunity will see you working with a prestigious global brand, delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning clientele.
About the RoleThis Senior Client Advisor position is ideal for a skilled professional with a proven track record in providing personalized service and expert advice on luxury timepieces. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance client experiences
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a luxurious and inviting store environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
