Telecoms Team Lead Rigger Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Telecoms Team Lead Rigger to join our team at HRG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations and team leadership for the maintenance, upgrades, and strengthening of structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting technical design documents and installing equipment as per design
  • Assisting Technicians in installation, fault-finding, and rectification of equipment
  • Performing testing using PIM Tester, Spectrum Analyzer, Sitemaster, Fibrescope, and light source on Fibre cables
Requirements:
  • Relevant tickets for rigging (basic being a minimum) and High Risk works, if some have lapsed no drama
  • Australian driving licence and flexibility to travel, including FIFO, DIDO, and staying away from home
  • Experience working with Telstra, TPG, and Optus (4G/5G equipment) is a plus
  • Knowledge of HSE and a passion for driving a healthy and safe working environment
