Salary

The successful candidate will receive a salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a 5% above the award rate, ensuring you'll earn a competitive income while working with us.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of experienced educators at Goodstart Chadstone. With over 8 years of industry experience, you'll be responsible for creating engaging learning environments that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victorian Working with Children Check
