Job Title: Advanced Medical Practitioner

We are seeking experienced and proactive medical professionals to join our team in a challenging role across Central & Southern Queensland regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exposure to coal mining industry operations
  • Experience in emergency response services with a focus on patient care
  • Proven operational experience in the ambulance service, specifically in Queensland
  • High level of communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues and management
  • Computer literacy & problem solving abilities to manage complex situations
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Standard 11 Induction Training for working in the coal mining industry
  • Open Manual MR Licence or above
  • Current certifications in CPR & First Aid (HLTAID009, HLTAID011, HLTAID014, HLTAID015)
  • Specialized training in specimen collection for drugs of abuse testing (HLTPAT005)
  • AHPRA registration as a healthcare professional
  • Bachelor of Paramedicine degree or equivalent qualification
  • Current QLD Coal Board Medical Certificate
  • Recent National Police Certificate (issued within last 12 months)
  • Certificate 3 in Emergency Response & Rescue
