Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple developments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in off-the-plan property marketing and a deep understanding of the buyer journey.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review, adapt, and improve campaigns based on customer behaviour and sales insights
  • Manage external vendors to deliver key collateral, including branding, signage, and digital assets
  • Oversee CRM management and customer journey mapping, including automation and lead nurturing workflows
  • Plan and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and reporting
  • Grow and manage social media platforms for various projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives
  • Campaign Execution: Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless campaigns
