Your Opportunity

We're looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for leading the design of a greenfield gold project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance of project design products with the Design Procedure.
  • Manage the multi-discipline Design Team.
  • Ensure design products are delivered in accordance with the project schedule and budget.
  • Provide a weekly update of design progress, issues, holds, change, risk, and deliverables register.
  • Hold and minute weekly meetings as per the Design Procedure.
What You Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years' experience in minerals processing design.
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Principal Engineer/Design Manager on minerals projects.
  • Previous Design Manager or Area Manager experience delivering gold projects.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (desired).
