About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and fashion-conscious individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant at our Gladstone store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to visual merchandising standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs

A Day in the Life

  • Represent Jay Jays by providing exceptional customer service with honesty and integrity
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets
  • Cash handling and processing sales
  • Assist with stock management and processing
  • Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
  • Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures
