Financial Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Financial Consultant to join our team.

As a Financial Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and financial advisors, providing expert guidance and support to resolve complex issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and escalating critical issues to supervisors
  • Developing and implementing best practice guides to improve client experience
  • Directing queries to support teams as needed

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in wealth management or related fields within a customer-facing environment
  • High accuracy and typing skills for effective use of digital communication platforms
  • Critical thinking skills to navigate and resolve complex client issues
