Senior Finance Analyst

About the Role
The Senior Finance Analyst plays a key role in supporting the transition of Suncorp Bank following the recent sale to ANZ. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and transparency of technology Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) pricing, as well as the timeliness and accuracy of related management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure technology pricing is accurate and transparent at all times.
- Develop forecasts and plan refreshes of technology pricing, in close collaboration with the wider Technology Finance team.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to assess and clearly document the financial impact of proposed pricing change requests.
- Drive continuous improvement of the pricing model in collaboration with the development team to optimise integrity, transparency, and efficiency.
- Work with the pricing model development team to ensure associated documentation is always clear and up to date.
- Assist with the adaptation of finance tooling and processes beyond the pricing model to ensure they reflect transition related considerations and support the ongoing integrity and transparency of pricing.
- Assist in the creation, review, and submission of pricing related financial reports, for internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to the identification of financial and operational controls that need to be implemented or adapted to support the accuracy of technology pricing.
Requirements
- Experience in management reporting, including budgets and forecasts for expenses and/or FTE, along with appropriate exposure to expense drivers, within a large commercial company.
- Graduate qualification in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance related field.
- Post Graduate qualification in Accounting such as CPA, ICA.
- 5+ years' experience within a Financial Services organisation.
- Experience in Finance GL and Planning/Forecasting tools/systems.
- Power BI experience is an advantage.
