The role of an OSHC Educator involves providing high-quality care and education to children before and after school. As a member of our team, you will play a vital part in creating engaging experiences for young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
- Develop and deliver activities that promote learning and fun, encouraging children to reach their full potential.
- Supervise and support children at all times, fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
- Prepare and serve healthy food options that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Requirements:
- Certificate 4, Diploma or Bachelor's in children's services or equivalent qualifications are highly regarded.
- A current Employee Working with Children's Check is required; applicants willing to obtain this clearance will be considered.
- HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training is essential for ensuring child safety.
- Child Protection Training Certificate demonstrates a commitment to safeguarding children.
