The Role
We are seeking an experienced Vocational Trainer to join our team in delivering targeted employability skills training programs. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with participants from diverse backgrounds to help them build on their existing skills and gain motivation to secure employment.
Your role will involve facilitating classroom training sessions, assessing participant competency levels, and compiling feedback reports to support their progress. You will be required to contextualize and tailor your training approach to meet the unique needs of each participant, utilizing technology to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in vocational training or a related field
- Possession of a recognized teaching qualification (TAE40116 desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to travel and participate in training blocks on short notice
- Familiarity with local labour market trends and conditions
What We Offer
