Join our team of dedicated professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

We are seeking an experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to lead our 3YO Sessional Kinder programme, starting in Term 2 2025.

This is a part-time position with a total of 24 hours per week. You will be working collaboratively with our team members to provide high-quality programmes that cater to the individual needs of each child.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of early childhood development and educational frameworks, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting high quality programs reflecting a sound understanding of early childhood development
  • Having a sound knowledge of educational frameworks
  • Supporting and contributing to open ended, play based experiences based on the children's interests to encourage individual development
  • Maintaining regular and positive contact with parents, to foster strong relationships with families
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure compliance with Little St. Margaret's Kindergarten service policies and national and all state based legislation

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
  • Familiarity with technology and word processing

  • Monday: 11am - 3:30pm
  • Tuesday: 8am-3:45pm
  • Thursday: 8am-3:45pm
  • Friday: 11am-3:30pm
